Do we really get 25% of every print we sell?

Quite simply, YES YOU DO. As a company, we made the decision to pay non-profit organizations to get our name out there rather than go with more traditional forms of advertising.  We decided we would focus our work with minor hockey, soccer, and baseball associations, to help them raise funds.  Having the children and parents associated with these organizations share our program with their family and friends will accomplish everything traditional advertising could have done and we get to help their teams raise the much needed funds it takes to run a team.

How much can we raise?

There is no limit, it depends on how well your organization does promoting our website.  The more people your members let know, the more chance you have for sales.  The great thing is that we are an internet based company. People can let their friends and family members know about the programs regardless of where they live.  Our program is not a two or three week fund raising event, once you sign your organization up, you have the entire season. Friends and relatives across North America can help your organization raise funds if they find a print they like. 

Is the affiliate program only open to sports teams and organizations?

Our prints are all sports related.  Beacuse of this, we have chosen to focus our efforts on helping sports teams and organizations. We are willing to work with most other non profit associations and schools.  If you are not a sports team or organization and you wish to participate please contact us to get set up.

How many volunteers do we need to make this work?

We have made every effort to take the workload off your plate.  Each team will need someone to log on to our site to register their team, this should take no more than 5 minutes.  This is required for two reasons, it allows us to input your team into the ordering page so people have the opportunity to select your team when they purchase a print and secondly, it gives us your contact information so we know where to send your teams checks.  Other than the five minutes it will take to register your team you require no volunteers.  The job of the parents and children on your team is to let people know about the site and explain to them that if they select your team when they purchase that you will 25% of the sale.  

 

When do we receive the funds we have raised?

As soon as your team or organization has raised $500 you will receive your first check.  You will then receive a subsequent check every time you are owed $500 until the end of the season when we will forward you the balance you have earned. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

It should take no longer than 4 weeks for delivery of your print(s).  We will be doing everything we can to get the prints out as soon as they are ordered, however, the nature of our business is that we will most likely receive most orders very closely together at the beginning of the season.  If this ends up being the case, we will only be able to ship as quickly as the framing can be done.  So, we will make every attempt to get them out as quickly as possible but have to allow for those times of the year where the sales volumes spike.  

 

Is this only available to the teams or can our entire organization participate together?

You can particaipate as a team or organization.  If your entire organization wants to participate and you don't want to register each team separately then you register exactly the same way a team would but instead of entering a team name, just put your organizations name.  Then when the parents are telling their friends, relatives, and coworkers, they would just let them know to select your organization when ordering.
