Refund Policy

My Little Champion Inc offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly accept a return for exchange or for refund (less shipping), provided the item is returned within fourteen (14) days from the date of shipment. After the 14-day grace period, all sales are final.

To return an item you must call us at 780-960-4730 or toll free at 1-877-215-1005 or send us an e-mail (sales@mylittlechampion.com) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Return shipments will not be accepted if you do not have a Return Authorization Number. A returned item must be included in the original packaging it was shipped and with all accessories included. If it is not returned with packaging and accessories then the return is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: free replacement (if applicable) or refund.

You are responsible for all return freight and insurance on returns and responsible for any damage in transit for the return. We strongly suggest that you pay insurance on items being returned and that you use a traceable delivery method, such as Canada Post's Parcel Service. Any freight claims for damage on return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Damaged Items

If your purchase is received damaged, it is most likely the result of a shipping mishap. Please contact us via phone or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt so we can discuss the shipping return policy and the availability of a replacement item. You will then have the option of replacing the item free of charge (if applicable) or having your account credited.

If your order is delivered to you with obvious damage or with broken glass, please do not open the package. You may refuse the package and have the carrier return the package to sender. Please call 780-960-4730 or toll free number 1-877-215-1005 to let us know so we can arrange a replacement shipment, depending on item availability.

If damage to your order is discovered after the package has been opened, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. You may call us or fill out our e-mail form and type "Damaged Order" in the Subject.

Cancellations

If for some reason you place an order and suddenly decide to cancel before your order has been processed and shipped, we will cancel your transaction at no cost to you. This also applies if an item is out of stock or backordered.

If your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment, a 15% fee will be deducted from the cancellation refund.
